How to free up space on the Samsung Galaxy S26+

The Galaxy S26+ launched in March 2026 with Android 16 and One UI 8.5. On that software the storage screen is Settings > Device care > Storage. Samsung promises 7 years of OS and security updates, so menu names can change after updates.
