How to free up space on the Samsung Galaxy S24+

The Galaxy S24+ launched in January 2024 with Android 14 and One UI 6.1. On that software the storage screen is Settings > Battery and device care > Storage. Samsung promises 7 years of OS and security updates, so menu names can change after updates.
